New York City: India has warned the United Nations Security Council of a "path of oblivion and irrelevance" it it does not implement urgent reforms in the system. Speaking at UNGA, , India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ruchira Kamboj stated that 25 years have gone by since world leaders promised reforms at the Millennium Summit in 2000.
