JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng Department of Health says its Rand Show health drive is part of a programme to bring health services closer to communities.
The department has a stall at the five-day-long Easter long weekend Rand Show conducting health screening for the public.
The department's spokesperson Motalatale Modiba has invited the public to visit their stall and screen for, among other things, HIV and TB.
"We are urging everyone who is attending to take advantage of this and to come through. They will be able to do their regular health checkups and interact with the team that will be there on-site to respond to their inquiries."
