MONROVIA - A team of potential investors is currently in Liberia, exploring possibilities for investment purposes in sectors including mining, port management, fertilizers and chemicals, energy and power, shipping, and logistics.

While in Liberia, the team met with President Joseph Boakai, President Pro-Tempore Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence, the National Investment Commission (NIC), and the management of the National Port Authority (NPA). They are also expected to meet the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

The delegation also visited the Buchanan port, headed by former Grand Bassa Senator Johnathan Kaipay, where they held discussions with the current management on possibilities to invest.
