JOHANNESBURG - ActionSA and families of the victims of the Lily Mine Tragedy will protest outside the NPA offices on Monday.
They are upset that none of those involved have been prosecuted.
In 2016, a collapse at the mine in Barberton, Mpumalanga resulted in the workers being trapped in a container.

The bodies of Pretty Nkambule, Yvonne Mnisi, and Solomon Nyirenda have never been retrieved.
In October last year, the Mbombela magistrate's court ruled the NPA should consider criminal prosecution.
It ruled the prosecutions should also include the Mineral Resources Department.
