COTABATO CITY - The Committee on Ways and Means has approved its calendar of activities for BTA Bill No. 286, or the proposed Bangsamoro Revenue Code (BRC).

The committee's schedule outlines a series of focus group discussions, public consultations, and learning sessions from May to August. These activities will take place both within the BARMM and outside the region, aiming to gather insights, opinions, and recommendations from various experts and stakeholders.

Atty. Paisalin Tago, CWM chair, expressed the committee's commitment to expediting the approval process, aiming for the endorsement of the proposed code by the third quarter of the year.
