With Cllr. Arthur Johnson's admission, it brings the number to two Liberian lawyers who are practicing before the International Criminal Court, with former Solicitor General Cllr. Sayma Syrenius Cephus being the first lawyer to be admitted.
It took Cllr. Johnson five years before the Association of Defense Counsel practicing before the International Courts and Tribunals (ADC-ICT) endorsed him as a Full Member of the institution after he applied in 2019.

Arthur Johnson is currently an Assistant Professor of Law at Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, where he teaches criminal law and criminal procedure law to aspiring lawyers.
