GLASGOW, Ky. - Tuesday was a celebration for donors, families of patients, and staff of T.J. Regional Health.
T.J. Community Mission Foundation hosted a ceremony to commemorate the Manju Garden and Tree of Life Fountain.
The garden is made possible from contributions by Drs. Bharat and Bharati Mody. Their gift is in memory of longtime friends Ruel and Nell Houchens, Larry Garmon, David and Betty Bailey, Billy Elmore, and Freddie Travis.
The word "Manju" means "beautiful, as with the morning dew."
The Tree of Life Fountain is the focal point of the garden. The fountain is made available through contributions from Larry T. Glass.
Friends of Shanti Niketan Hospice Home can purchase engraved pavers in memory of a loved one or to recognize the support of the Home.
