Worcester Sheriff hosting annual Drive-Thru Senior Picnic

SHREWSBURY -- Sheriff Lewis Evangelidis and the Worcester County Sheriff's Office announced the return of the annual Sheriff's Senior Picnic from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at the Scandinavian Athletic Club, located at 438 Lake St.

Due to the success of previous years, the picnic will once again be held as a drive-thru and feature a BBQ boxed lunch, goodie bags, music, giveaways, raffle prizes, and more.

The event is free and open to all residents in Worcester County over the age of 60. Space is limited and an RSVP is required.
