TSC Member General Marine Ibrahim Jabir meets Zaghawa tribe Shura Council delegation

Port Sudan, June 3 (SUNA) - Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Marine Engineer Ibrahim Jabir, met on Monday with a delegation of the Shura Council of the Zaghawa tribe, headed by Engineer Salih Abdullah Ahmed Bahr, Chairman of the Council.

The head of the Zaghawa Shura Council explained, in a press statement, that the meeting came within the framework of the tribe's participation in the general mobilization campaign taking place in the country and its support for the armed forces in the Battle of Dignity (Al-Karama).

Engineer Bahr affirmed the readiness of the tribe's members, in all states of Darfur, to participate in the mobilization campaign in defense of Sudan's sovereignty, unity and stability, expressing keenness of the tribe's Shura Council to attract the necessary support for all mobilizers from the tribe and all states of Darfur to defeat the rebellion.
