The party has refused to join forces with organisations opposed to its policies and political ideologies.

As of Saturday, parties have eight days left to agree on a coalition pact to govern the country for the next five years.
Speaking at a media briefing in Sandton on Friday, EFF deputy leader, Floyd Shivambu, said the EFF would not compromise on its values.
"We should constitute a coalition government that includes black political parties. There is no other way to simplify that - no DA [Democratic Alliance], no Freedom Front Plus in government.
"Let them be in the opposition and then let us constitute a progressive government that will respond to the aspirations of our people."
