YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - At its second annual Youngstown State University Men's Basketball Signing Day, the Penguin Collective announced several new partnerships that will further name, image and likeness opportunities for YSU athletes.

"It's a way that they get compensated for marketing and influencer services," says Ty Petrey, director of operations for the Penguin Collective. "What the Penguin Collective is, we represent the name, image and likeness for YSU student-athletes. So we are the business entity that helps represent that."
